RESOLUTION NO. 10018
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING THE SOLICITATION OF BIDS FOR
PROJECT 00-13 JOHN D. MORGAN PARK, PHASE II IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, on November 4, 1996 City Council approved a Park Improvement
Implementation Plan (PIIP) that included recommendations for renovation of John D. Morgan
Park; and
WHEREAS, on June 5, 2001 City Council authorized the Public Works Director to
execute a consultant services agreement with Moore Iacofano Goltsman (MIG) for design
development and preparation of construction documents and related services for the construction
of improvements to the Budd Avenue side of John D. Morgan Park; and
WHEREAS, on November 20, 2001 the City Council approved the revised Conceptual
Design for the JDM Budd Side Improvement Project; and
WHEREAS, the adopted 2001-2002 Capital Improvement Program includes funds for
Project 00-13 - John D. Morgan Park, Phase II Improvements; and
WHEREAS, plans and specifications for the improvements listed above have been
prepared;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell
that the plans and specifications for the construction of Project 00-13 John D. Morgan Park,
Phase II Improvements, are hereby approved and the Public Works Director is authorized to
solicit bids for the construction of the project improvements.
