RESOLUTION NO. 10022
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE
OF THE ASPHALT PATCH TRUCK BODY
WHEREAS, P.B. Loader Corporation is the responsible vendor for this type of equipment;
and
WHEREAS, this vehicle is funded in the FY 01/02 Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance
Operating Budget for $80,000; and
WHEREAS, this is the last vehicle in the Public Works Department that requires a special
Class "B" license.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby authorizes the purchase of an Asphalt Patch Truck Body from the sole source vendor, P.B.
Loader Corporation, for the estimated cost of $43,364.00.
