RESOLUTION NO. 10024
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING A ONE-YEAR EXTENSION OF CONTRACT SC 01-01,
ANNUAL STREET SWEEPING, WITH UNIVERSAL SWEEPING SERVICE, INC.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell by Resolution No. 9801, dated
February 20, 2001, authorized the award of Contract SC 01-01, Annual Street Sweeping for a term
from March 19,2001, and ending June 30, 2002; and
WHEREAS, the contract allows for up to two (2) additional one-year extensions based upon
mutual agreement between the City and the Contractor as to modified terms and compensation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby authorizes a one-year extension of Contract SC 01-01, Annual Street Sweeping, to Universal
Sweeping for the mutually agreed upon compensation of $18.36 per regularly scheduled sweeping
and $80.58 per hour for unscheduled and emergency callback sweeping.
