A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE AWARD OF BID FOR
INFORMA TION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell has reviewed and
approved a request for proposal (RFP) for Information Technology services; and
WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the qualifications and experience of the
various firms submitting proposals; and
WHEREAS, City staff has conducted an assessment process including reference
checking and has determined that ACS submitted the most qualified proposal meeting
the requirements of the City's RFP dated March 2002;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the proposal submitted by the
firm of ACS for the provision of Information Technology services to the City of
Campbell be approved.
