A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE ANNUAL RENEWAL OF PROPERTY
INSURANCE COVERAGE
WHEREAS, the ABAG Plan Property Pool has provided a quotation for Property
Insurance Coverage effective July 1,2002 through June 30, 2003; and;
WHEREAS, THE City of Campbell wishes to enter into an agreement with ABAG
Plan Property Pool to provided property coverage, and;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the proposal for property insurance
with the ABAG Plan Property Pool be approved for the coverage period July 1, 2002 through
June 30, 2003.
