BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING THE SELECTION OF ECS IMAGING, INC AS THE VENDOR FOR THE
PURCHASE AND IMPLEMENT A TION OF AN ENTERPRISE DOCUMENT IMAGING
SYSTEM.
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the issuance of a Request for Proposal by the
Document Imaging Committee for the purchase of a document imaging system; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council took action to approve the vendor recommended by staff;
NOW, THERFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Campbell that
ECS Imaging, Inc. be selected as the vendor for the purchase and implementation of an
enterprise document imaging system, and staff be directed to enter into the associated
agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this third day of September, 2002 by the following roll call vote:
