RESOLUTION NO. 10064
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORKS DR lECTOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT FOR THE CAMPBELL COMMUNITY CENTER MASTER PLAN
PUBLIC ART WITH ARTIST SHEILA GHIDINI
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell wishes to incorporate public art as part of the
Campbell Community Center Master Plan project; and
WHEREAS, the City budgeted $59,000 for the design, materials, labor,
fabrication and installation of public art for the Community Center Master Plan; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to have the artist in place to coordinate with the
contractor on fabrication and installation; and
WHEREAS, the City invited artists to design concepts for the project, and Sheila
Ghidini was selected by a panel after an interview;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of City of
Campbell hereby authorizes the Public Works Director to execute an Agreement with
Sheila Ghidini for said public art.
