RESOLUTION NO. 10771
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR TO NEGOTIATE AND
EXECUTE A CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH
BEVERLY PRIOR ARCHITECTS FOR A FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR THE ORCHARD
CITY BANQUET HALL PROJECT 01-27
WHEREAS, a Request for Proposal (RFP) process was conducted in conjunction with
the feasibility study for the Orchard City Banquet Hall Project 01-27; and
WHEREAS, ten proposals were received and reviewed by staff and four firms were
selected to meet with staff for further consideration; and
WHEREAS, Beverly Prior Architects was found to be the best candidate for completion
of the feasibility study for Orchard City Banquet Hall;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby authorizes the Public Works Director to negotiate and execute a Consultant
Services Agreement with Beverly Prior Architects for the Orchard City Banquet Hall
Feasibility Study in an amount not to exceed $69,000.
