CC Resolution 10772 RESOLUTION NO. 10772 Being a Resolution of the Campbell City Council Finding the Proposed Capital Improvement Plan FY2008-2014 to be Consistent with the City's General Plan Pursuant to 9 65401 of the State of California Government Code and Finding the Projects to be Categorically Exempt Under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) WHEREAS, after due consideration of all evidence presented, the City Council did find as follows with respect to the FY 2008-2014 CIP: 1. The proposed Capital Improvement Plan FY 2008-2014 is consistent with the City's General Plan and Redevelopment Plan, pursuant to 965401 of the State of California Government Code; 2. That the City Council finds the capital projects to be Categorically Exempt under CEQA and that these projects will not have a significant effect on the environment due to their location, cumulative impact or unusual circumstances; and WHEREAS, based upon the foregoing findings of fact, the City Council further finds and concludes that: 1. The Capital Improvement Plan FY 2008-2014 is consistent with the General Plan; and 2. No substantial evidence has been presented from which a reasonable argument could be made that the CIP projects would have a significant adverse impact on the environment. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council finds the proposed Capital Improvement Plan to be consistent with the City's General Plan pursuant to 965401 of the State of California Government Code and finds the capital projects to be Categorically Exempt, or considered under previous environmental review.
