RESOLUTION NO.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING PURHASE OF A REPLACE PATROL VEHICLE
AND APPROVING A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell has adopted a Fiscal Year
2002/2003 operating budget; and
WHEREAS, the City has incurred an accident loss and partial reimbursement IS
anticipated from the City's insurance carrier; and
WHEREAS, additional funding is available from the General Fund Reserve for
Operations;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Campbell hereby approves the attached budget adjustment providing funds for the purchase of a
replacement police patrol vehicle;
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of December 2002, by the following roll call
