CC Resolution 10133 RESOLUTION NO. 10133 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR TO NEGOTIATE A REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF STREET Il\1PROVEMENTS WHEREAS, the developer of property located at 1556 Walters Avenue has received a Site and Architectural Review Permit to allow construction of a new single- family residence; and, WHEREAS, a condition of approval for the permit IS to install street improvements across the frontage of 1556 Walters Avenue; and, WHEREAS, it would be cost effective to extend the improvements across the adjacent flag lot at 1566 Walters Avenue at this time. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell hereby authorizes the Public Works Director to negotiate a Reimburse Agreement for construction of street improvements across the frontage of 1566 Walters Avenue.
