BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL AUTHORIZING PROJECT BUDGET ADJUSTMENT FOR
CAMPBELL A VENUE UNDERPASS REPLANKlNG, PROJECT 01-24
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted a Capital Project budget for the 2000/2001
fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, there is a need to increase the project budget for Campbell A venue
Underpass Replanking in order to properly complete the construction of the said project; and
WHEREAS, the Campbell Bicycle Advisory Committee has designated the guaranteed
Transportation Development Act FY 02/03 funds to the said project; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Director has secured guaranteed Transportation
Development Act FY 02/03 funds in the amount of $24,000;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council authorizes the project
budget adjustment for Campbell A venue Underpass Replanking Project.
