A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED BY
ROBERT A. BOTHMAN, FOR PROJECT 96-19-
CAMPISI WAY BRIDGE AND STREET EXTENSION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 9978 on February 5, 2002,
awarding a contract to Robert A. Bothman for construction of the improvements known as
Project 96-19, Campisi Way Bridge and Street Extension Project; and
WHEREAS, Robert A. Bothman has completed the aforementioned contract In
accordance with the contract documents;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby accepts the improvements constructed under Project 96-19 - Campisi Way Bridge and
Street Extension Project and directs staff to file a Notice of Completion.
