RESOLUTION NO. 10129
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE
AN EXTENSION AND AMENDMENT TO AN AGREEMENT WITH
THE CITY OF SAN JOSE FOR SURVEYING SERVICES
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department IS III need of surveying services,
including map checking and signing; and,
'WHEREAS, the City of Campbell does not have the in-house capability to
perform these services; and,
WHEREAS, the City of San Jose has been very responsive to requests for
surveying services, has the capability of providing map checking and signing and
provides these services at reasonable rates.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell hereby authorizes the Public Works Director to execute an amended agreement
with the City of San Jose extending surveying services and adding map checking and
signing, as well as any additional extensions or amendments necessary to allow the
continuation of these services for the City of Campbell by the City of San Jose.
