RESOLUTION 10122
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF CAMPBELL AND
ABC CHAUFFEURED LIMOUSINES AND SEDANS
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted a Capital Project budget for the
2002/2003 fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, there is a need for shuttle bus services between the Community Center
and the Downtown Parking Garage during the Phase I construction of the Community
Center Master Plan improvements; and
WHEREAS, the proposals were requested, and seven were received; and
WHEREAS, the selected proposal is reasonable and within the amount available in
the project budget (account #435.99-05.7432);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council authorizes the
execution of an agreement between the City of Campbell and ABC Chauffeured
Limousines and Sedans, not to exceed $30,000 for the provision of shuttle bus services
between the Community Center and the Downtown Parking Garage for a period of
approximately 18 weeks.
