A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR TO NEGOTIATE AND
EXECUTE A CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH
MWM ARCHITECTS FOR SCHEMA TIC DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE POLICE
DEPARTMENT/CITY HALL REMODEL AND EXPANSION PROJECT
WHEREAS, an extensive Request for Proposal (RFP) process was conducted In
conjunction with the Police Department/City Hall Remodel and Expansion Project 98-08; and
WHEREAS, MWM Architects was found to be the best candidate for completion of the
design services for the Police Department/City Hall Remodel and Expansion Project 98-08;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby authorizes the Public Works Director to negotiate and execute a Consultant Services
Agreement with MWM Architects for schematic design services for the Police Department/City
Hall Remodel and Expansion Project in an amount not to exceed $169,500.
