A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE ALL MASTER AND
PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT AGREEMENTS WITH CALTRANS FOR LOCAL ASSISTANCE
TRANSPORTATION PROJECTS WITH STATE FUNDING
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell is eligible to receive Federal and/or State funding for
certain transportation projects, through the California Department of Transportation; and
WHEREAS, Master Agreements, Program Supplemental Agreements, Fund Exchange
Agreements and/or Funds Transfer Agreements need to be executed with the California
Department of Transportation before such funds could be claimed; and
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell wishes to enter into the Master Agreement No. 000305
and execute the Program Supplemental Agreement No. 0839 Rev. 000; and
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell wishes to enter into all Master Agreements, and
execute all Program Supplemental Agreements, Fund Exchange Agreements, Fund Transfer
Agreements thereto with the California Department of Transportation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby delegates authority to the Public Works Director to execute these agreements and any
amendments to all Master Agreements, Program Supplemental Agreements, Fund Exchange
Agreements, Fund Transfer Agreements thereto with the California Department of
Transportation from this day forward.
