A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED BY
MC GUIRE & HESTER, INC. FOR PROJECT 01-28-
RESIDENTIAL STREET OVERLAYS
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution 9984 on March 5, 2002, approving
plans and specifications for Project 01-28 - Residential Street Overlays; and
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution 10003 on May 7, 2002, awarding a
contract to McGuire and Hester for construction of the improvements known as Project 01-28,
Residential Street Overlays;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby accepts the improvements constructed under Project 01-28 - Residential Street Overlays,
and directs staff to file a Notice of Completion.

NOTICE OF COMPLETION
NOTICE is hereby given that CITY OF CAMPBELL, as owner, and Michelle Quinney, the undersigned,
as City Engineer, caused the Residential Street Overlay Improvements (Project 01-28) to be constructed
within the public right-of-way as described in the project documents.
That the work on said Project 01-28 was actually accepted on the 4th day of November, 2002.
That the name of the Contractor for said owner is McGuire & Hester, Inc., of Oakland,
California.
That the nature of title of said City to said improvements is owner in fee simple, and the names
and addresses of all owners of said property are:
