RESOLUTION NO. 10104
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMPBELL AMENDING THE COMPENSATION OF THE CITY ATTORNEY
WHEREAS, the City Council is authorized to establish the compensation of the City
Attorney;
WHEREAS, the City Attorney's compensation was last amended on September cf. 200 I
by Resolution Number 9913;
WHEREAS. the City Council also tinds that an increase in the City Attorney's litigation
rates is warranted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Campbell, pursuant to Section 7 of the Amended Agreement for Services of ('it)
Attorney, that the City Attorney's compensation shall be as follows for services invoiced
on or after October 1, 2002:
