RESOLUTION NO.
10103
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING THE COMMUNITY CENTER PUBLIC ART AND DIRECTING STAFF
TO PROCEED WITH CONSTRUCTION OF THE IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, on July 16, 2002, the City Council authorized an agreement with Sheila
Ghidini for the design of public art for the Community Center; and
WHEREAS, the final design has been prepared and reviewed by the Civic Improvement
Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Campbell hereby approves the
Community Center Public Art and directs staff to proceed with the construction of the
improvements.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of October, 2002, by the following roll call vote:
