RESOLUTION NO. 9989
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AWARDING A CONSULTANT SERVICES
AGREEMENT TO RBF CONSUL TING FOR
THE PURPOSE OF COMPLETING A
COMPREHENSIVE UPDA TE OF
CAMPBELL'S ZONING CODE (TITLE 21 OF
THE CITY OF CAMPBELL MUNICIPAL
CODE) AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT
WITH RBF CONSULTING.
WHEREAS; on November 6,2001, the City Council adopted a comprehensive update of
the City's General Plan; and
WHEREAS; the City is required to amend its Zoning Code within a reasonable time to
ensure consistency with the updated General Plan under Government Code Section
65860; and
WHEREAS; the existing Zoning Code has been updated sporadically over the years but
has not been comprehensively reviewed and modernized; and
WHEREAS, RBF Consulting has submitted a proposed that is the most advantageous to
the City and that demonstrates that RBF Consulting is qualified and has the required
expertise to prepare the comprehensive update of the City's Zoning Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Campbell hereby awards a Consultant Services Agreement to RBF Consulting for the
purpose of completing a comprehensive update of Campbell's Zoning Code (Title 21 of
the City of Campbell Municipal Code) and authorizes the City Manager to execute said
agreement with RBF Consulting.
