RESOLUTION NO. 9984
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING
SOLICIT A TION OF BIDS - STREET MAINTENANCE
PROJECT 01-28 - RESIDENTIAL OVERLAYS
WHEREAS, vanous residential streets have been identified as III need of
rehabilitation; and
WHEREAS, the City's Pavement Management Program includes funding allocated to
the rehabilitation of these streets; and
WHEREAS, plans and specifications for the overlay of these residential streets have
been prepared;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell hereby approves the plans and specifications for the Street Maintenance Project 01-
28 - Residential Overlays and authorizes the Public Warks Director to issue such plans and
specifications for public bid.
