RESOLUTION NO. 9977
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED BY
O'GRADY PAVING INe. FOR THE
ARTERIAL RESURFACING PROJECT #98-02 PHASE 3A
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 9853 on May 15, 2001, awarding
a contract to O'Grady Paving Inc. for construction of the improvements known as Arterial
Resurfacing Project #98-02 Phase 3A; and
WHEREAS, O'Grady Paving Inc. has completed the aforementioned contract In
accordance with the contract documents; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby accepts the improvements constructed by O'Grady Paving, Inc. for the Arterial
Resurfacing Project 98-02 Phase 3A; and directs staff to file a Notice of Completion.
