CC Resolution 9961 RESOLUTION NO. 9961 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF A MOBILE EMERGENCY OPERATIONS CENTER AND POLICE COMMAND POST WHEREAS, the adopted Fiscal Year 200112002 Capital Budget has appropriated funds for the purchase of a Mobile Emergency Command Post and Police Incident Command Post; and WHEREAS, on September 18, 2001, the City Council approved the specifications and authorized calling for bids for a Mobile Emergency Operations Center and Police Command Post; and WHEREAS, Universal Specialty Vehicles, Inc. of Perris, California submitted the lowest bid proposal while meeting all the requirements established by the City. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL that the City award a contract to Universal Specialty Vehicles, Inc. for the purchase of a Mobile Emergency Operations Center and Police Incident Command Post.
