RESOLUTION NO. 9960
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL ACCEPTING
THE IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED BY ROBERT A. BOTHMAN, INC. FOR
PROJECT 99-13 EDITH MORLEY PARK IMPROVEMENTS AND DIRECTING THE
FILING OF THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION
WHEREAS, the City Council on September 19, 2000, authorized the Public Works
Director to execute a contract for construction of improvements known as Project 99-13 Edith
Morley Park Improvements; and
WHEREAS, the contract was executed by the Public Works Director and Robert A.
Bothman, Inc. on October 18, 2000; and
WHEREAS, Project 01-23 McGlincey Lane Sidewalk Improvements was also completed
by Robert A. Bothman, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, Robert A. Bothman, Inc. has completed the aforementioned contract in
accordance with the contract documents;
WHEREAS, a contract change order in the amount of $19,482.48 has been negotiated
with Robert A. Bothman, Inc. for additional work performed; and
WHEREAS, adequate funds are available in the project to cover the cost of the
aforementioned change order.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby authorizes the Public Works Director to execute a contract change order in the amount of
$19,482.48, accepts the improvements constructed on Project 99-13 Edith Morley Park
Improvements and on Project 01-23 McGlincey Lane Sidewalk Improvements, and directs staff
to file the Notice of Completion.
