RESOLUTION NO. 9926
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING A BUDGET AMENDMENT TO PURCHASE AN OFF-ROAD
VEHICLE TO ALLOW COMMUNITY SERVICES OFFICERS
TO PATROL PARKS IN THE CITY
and
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted a budget for the 2001-2002 fiscal year;
WHEREAS, additional revenue is available to the City from the State of
California for Supplemental Law Enforcement Services; and
WHEREAS, the City has complied with the legal provisions required to receive
this revenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL that the City approve a resolution authorizing a budget
amendment of $6,000 allowing for the purchase and outfitting of an off-road parks patrol
vehicle using COPS grant funding from the State of California.
