RESOLUTION NO. 9920
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH SANTA CLARA COUNTY FOR
SENIOR NUTRITION SERVICES, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2001-02
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell recognizes the need for nutrition services for Senior
Citizens in Campbell; and
WHEREAS, the City agrees to share in the cost of operating the nutrition program, less
participant donations and transportation services;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor is authorized to execute an
amendment to the agreement for Senior Nutrition Services with Santa Clara County.
