RESOLUTION NO. 9913
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AMENDING THE COMPENSATION OF THE CITY ATTORNEY
WHEREAS, the City Council is authorized to establish the compensation of the City Attorney;
and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney's compensation was last amended on October 17,2000 by
Resolution Number 9758; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that approximately seventy-five (75) hours per month appears to
be a reasonably adequate time commitment by the City Attorney for matters other than litigation;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council also finds that an increase in the City Attorney's compensation is
warranted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell,
pursuant to Section 7 of the Amended Agreement for Services of City Attorney, that the City
Attorney's compensation shall be as follows for services performed on and after July 1, 200 I and
invoiced on or after August 6, 2001:

$ 55/hour
