RESOLUTION NO. 9912
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDS
FOR REHABILITATION COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH
THE POLLARD AVENUE SENIOR GROUP HOME
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell approved a Disposition and Development Agreement
with Project Match for the conveyance of a single family home at 2011 Pollard Avenue to
house very low and low income seniors; and
WHEREAS, Project Match is in need of additional funds to complete the rehabilitation
of the senior group home; and
WHEREAS, the City has unobligated carryover CDBG funds from last fiscal year that
need to be expended in a timely fashion.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Campbell hereby authorizes
the expenditure of $23,950.70 in CDBG funds for eligible rehabilitation costs associated with
the Pollard Avenue senior group home.
