CODE 27361.6 " RESOLUTION NO. 9903 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL SUMMARILY VACATING EXCESS STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY ALONG 580 AND 599 EL PATIO DRIVE, RESERVING A PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT OVER A PORTION OF THE VACATED AREA, AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 9791 WHEREAS, on January 16, 2001, the City Council of the City of Campbell adopted Resolution No. 9791 summarily vacating excess street right-of-way at the westerly end of El Patio Drive, and WHEREAS, the vacation is to be made pursuant to Chapter 4, Summary Vacation, of Part 3 of Division 9 of the California Streets and Highway Code; and WHEREAS, the property to be vacated constitutes excess right-of-way not required for street or highway purposes; and WHEREAS, reservation of a public service easement over a portion of the proposed vacation is necessary; and WHEREAS, the attachment to Resolution No. 97911abeled Exhibit A was determined to be incorrect; and WHEREAS, the property to be vacated and public service easement to be reserved are correctly described in the attachments to this resolution labeled Exhibits A, B, C, D, E and F. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell hereby vacates excess right-of-way along 580 and 599 EI Patio Drive, reserves a public service easement over a portion of the vacated right-of-way, rescinds Resolution No. 9791, and authorizes the City Clerk to record this resolution and Quitclaim Deeds with the required legal documents with the County Recorder's Office.
