RESOLUTION NO. 9892
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE AN
AMENDMENT TO THE CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH
HMH, INC., FOR ADDITIONAL CONSULTANT SERVICES FOR
MCGLINCEY/CRISTICH STORM DRAIN PROJECT 00-11
WHEREAS, on February 2, 1999, the City Council authorized the Public Works
Director to execute a consultant services agreement with HMH, Inc., for the design of
McGlincey/Cristich Storm Drain Project 00-11 in an amount not to exceed $57,643; and
WHEREAS, a reallocation of funding is needed for additional design services
performed; and
WHEREAS, the plans and specifications for this project are near completion.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell hereby authorizes the Public Works Director to execute an amendment to the
consultant services agreement with HMH, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $67,643 for
McGlincey ICristich Storm Drain Project 00-11.
