RESOLUTION NO. 9887
A RESOLUTION AMENDING A CONTRACT
FOR SENIOR NEEDS ASSESSMENT - CIP PROJECT 01-10
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell has authorized an
agreement for an needs assessment for the senior adult population of the City of
Campbell and;
WHEREAS, the consultant has completed the needs assessment and;
WHEREAS, U.S. Census 2000 figures have recently been released and;
WHEREAS, the City wishes to update the consultant's analysis with the newly-
released Census data and;
WHEREAS, funding is available in the Fiscal Year 2000/01 Operating Budget
for this project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Campbell that said Council amends the contract for doing the work, furnishing the
materials and supplies necessary to Harison & Associates and that the Mayor of said
City is hereby authorized to make and enter into a written agreement with the said
contractor, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest her signature and
affix thereto the appropriate seal of said City.
