RESOLUTION NO. 9886
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AMENDING AUTOMOBILE TRANSPORTATION REIMBURSEMENT RATES
WHEREAS, the Council Policy Manual Section 5.1 and 5.4 set an automobile
mileage reimbursement rate of 25 cents per mile on personal vehicles utilized for
City business; and
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell officials and staff do regularly utilize their
personal vehicles for business; and
WHEREAS, a review of the previously adopted rate that is over a decade old
indicates a need for updating.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell hereby approves the new rate effective Fiscal Year 2001/2002 and
thereafter, be tied to the annually publiShed Internal Revenue Service rate for
the same.
