RESOLUTION NO. 9882
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMPBELL AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT
WITH THE SANTA CLARA COUNTY OPEN SPACE AUTHORITY FOR
FUNDING FOR THE EDITH MORLEY PARK PROJECT (CIP #99-13).
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell has submitted an application for 20% funds to be
applied to the Edith Morley Park Project (CIP #99-13) to the Santa Clara County Open
Space Authority; and
WHEREAS, the Santa Clara County Open Space Authority has authorized the
expenditure of these funds for the project and has supplied the City of Campbell with an
agreement to execute; and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has reviewed this agreement as to form and content;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the Mayor of said
Council is hereby authorized to execute this agreement for funding on behalf of the City
of Campbell of the Edith Morley Park Project (CIP #99-13)
