RESOLUTION NO. 9877
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT FOR
EXPENSES RELATED TO CLAIMS AGAINST THE CITY
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted an Operating Budget for the 00101 fiscal
year; and
WHEREAS, there is a need for additional appropriations to provide for expenses
relating to claims against the City; and
WHEREAS, funds are available from General Fund Beginning Fund Balance;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council authorize additional
appropriations in the amount of $75,000 to the Non-Departmental Division of the Finance
Department's Insurance Claims Account (#101.540.7442) to cover costs associated with
expenses relating to Claims Against the City.
