A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE ANNUAL RENEWAL OF PROPERTY
INSURANCE COVERAGE
WHEREAS, the City's Insurance Broker, Filice Property & Casualty Insurance Services (formerly
known as Hamilton/Meridian Insurance Association), has solicited and received quotations for Property
Insurance Coverage effective April 15, 2001 to June 30, 2002; and;
WHEREAS, THE City of Campbell wishes to renew its agreement with Filice Property & Casualty
Insurance Services to secure coverage through CHUBB Insurance Group, and;
WHEREAS, the City understands that a pro-rata cancellation clause exists should the City opt to
change coverage at some point during the coverage period;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the proposal for insurance with Filice Property &
Casualty Insurance Services be approved for the coverage period April 15, 2001 to June 30, 2002.
