RESOLUTION NO. 9866
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL DESIGN SERVICES WITH RAJAPP AN & MEYER
IN THE AMOUNT OF $50,000.00 FOR PROJECT 96-19-
CAMPISI WAY BRIDGE AND STREET EXTENSION
WHEREAS, on November 21, 2000, a consultant services agreement with Rajappan & Meyer
was executed for the design of Project 96-19, Campisi Way Bridge and Street Reconstruction in the
amount of $171 ,690 and a design contingency of $17, 169 was encumbered; and
WHEREAS, additional funding of $50,000 is needed for additional design services to complete
the project plans, specifications and estimate within the projected project design schedule;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell that
additional funding of $50,000 for additional design services with Rajappan & Meyer for Project 96-19 -
Campisi Way Bridge and Street Extension, is hereby authorized for a total consultant fee not to exceed
$238,859.00.
