RESOLUTION 9863
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF CAMPBELL AND
SUNNYVALE BillLDING MAINTENANCE
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted a budget for the 2001/2002 fiscal year;
and
WHEREAS, there is a need for janitorial services to be provided at City Hall and
the Service Center; and
WHEREAS, the contract was let to bid, and seven bids were received; and
WHEREAS, the low bid is within the amount budgeted (account #101.530.7432)
for fiscal year 2001/02 and funds will be available on July 1, 2001;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council authorizes the
execution of an agreement between the City of Campbell and Sunnyvale Building
Maintenance, in the amount of $2,371/month for the first year of service, subject to a 5 %
increase after Years 1 and 3, for janitorial services to be provided at City Hall and the
Service Center, in accordance with the specifications, for a period of four years.
