A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE EXTENSION OF
FINANCIAL AUDIT SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell reviewed a request for proposals
(RFP) for Financial Audit Services for fiscal years 1997/98 through 2001/02; and
WHEREAS, City staff reviewed the qualifications and experience of the proposals and
determined that the audit firm of Moss, Levy & Hartzheim met the requirements of the City's
RFP dated April 8, 1998; and
WHEREAS, the lowest qualified bid was submitted by the audit firm of Moss, Levy &
Hartzheim; and
WHEREAS, Moss, Levy & Hartzheim has provided the City with a satisfactory level of
service for the past three years;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the contract for financial audit services
with Moss, Levy & Hartzheim be extended for an additional two years encompassing the audit of
fiscal years 2000/01 and 2001/02.
