CC Resolution 9854 RESOLUTION NO. 9854 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL ESTABLISHING THE APPROPRIATIONS LIMIT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2001/02 PURSUANT To ARTICLE XIIIB OF THE CALIFORNIA STATE CONSTITUTION WHEREAS, Proposition 4 was adopted by the voters of the State of California on November 6, 1979, adding Article XIII B of the California State Constitution; and WHEREAS, Proposition 111 was adopted by the voters of the State of California on June 5, 1990, amending Article XIII B of the California State Constitution; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 8 of Article XIII B of the California State Constitution, the City Council determines that the change in the cost of living shall be measured by the percentage change in California per capita personal income from the preceding year and the change in population shall be measured by the change in County population growth; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell wishes to establish this appropriations limit for the Fiscal Year 2001/02 pursuant to Article XIII B of the California State Constitution; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell hereby finds and determines that the appropriations limit for Fiscal Year 2001/02 is $34,500,289.
