RESOLUTION NO. 10794
A RESOLUTION OR THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS, AND AUTHORIZATION TO SOLICIT BIDS WEST
CAMPBELL AVENUE WELL PUMP STATIONS A,B and C PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Campbell entered into an
agreement with the Santa Clara Valley Water District to manage the design and
construction of three well pump stations at 555 West Campbell Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell retained consultants to design and oversee
construction of the well pump stations; and
WHEREAS, the final plans and specifications have been developed with input from the
Santa Clara Valley Water District;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby approves the plans and specifications of the West Campbell Avenue well pump
stations and authorizes the solicitation of bids, and authorizes the Public Works Director
to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder within the budget and
contingency amounts as authorized by the Santa Clara Valley Water District.
