RESOLUTION NO. 10795
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING THE TRACT MAP FOR TRACT NO. 9906, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC
RIGHT OF WAY AND PUBLIC EASEMENTS OFFERED FOR DEDICATION AND
VACATING PUBLIC RIGHT. OF.WAY FOR PROPERTIES LOCATED AT
154 & 160 S. FIRST STREET
WHEREAS, on January 16, 2007, the City Council approved Resolution No. 10727
approving a Tentative Map for the properties located at 154 & 160 S. First Street; and
WHEREAS, a public service easement and an emergency vehicle access easement
are necessary to accommodate the approved use of the properties and have been
offered for dedication on the Tract Map; and
WHEREAS, a small portion of existing public right-of-way is no longer needed and is to
be vacated; and
WHEREAS, the Tract Map has been prepared, reviewed by staff, and found to be in
compliance with the Tentative Map, Subdivision Map Act and Title 20 of the Campbell
Municipal Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell
that the Tract Map for Tract 9906 is hereby approved and the public easements offered
for dedication as shown on the said map are hereby accepted in conformity with the
terms for which they are offered, and the public right-of-way as shown on said map to
be vacated is hereby approved.
