RESOLUTION NO. 9839
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CA PBELL
ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED B
WATTIS CONTRUCTION COMPANY FOR PROJECT 98-02 PH SE 2C
BURROWS ROAD AND SAN TOMAS AQUINO ROAD RECONST UCTION,
DIRECTING THE FILING OF THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION, AND D RECTING THE
RECORDING OF THE NOTICES OF IMPROVEMENT OBLIG TION
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 9681 on June 6 2000, awarding
a contract to Wattis Construction Company for construction of the improv ments known as
Project 98-02 Phase 2C - Burrows Road and San Tomas Aquino Road; and
WHEREAS, Wattis Construction Company has completed the afore
in accordance with the contract documents; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer requests that Notices of Improvem nt Obligation be
filed for all of the properties where new improvements were installed on this roject.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Counci of the City of
Campbell hereby accepts the improvements constructed under Project 9 -02 Phase 2C -
Burrows Road and San Tomas Aquino Road Reconstruction; directs staff t file a Notice of
Completion, and directs staff to record the Notices of Improvement Obligatio .
