RESOLUTION NO. 9831
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAM BELL
APPROVING FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZIN THE PUBLIC
WORKS DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT CHANGE ORDER WIT ROBERT A.
BOTHMAN, INC. FOR CONSTRUCTION OF MCGLINCEY SIDEWALK 1M ROVEMENT-
PROJECT 01-23
WHEREAS, on September 19, 2000, the City Council awarded the Edith orley Park project
for construction to Robert A. Bothman, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, on January 16, 2001, the City Council approved a Consultant ervices Agreement
with Nichols Vallerga & Associates for the design of the McGlincey Lane Side alk Improvement
Project (01-23) in an amount not to exceed $17,000; and
WHEREAS, Robert A. Bothman, Inc. is constructing the Edith Morley P rk Project (99-13)
and the McGlincey Sidewalk project is a logical addition to this project; and
WHEREAS, a contract change order with Robert A. Bothman Inc. in the a ount of $233,000
is fair and justified for the work to construct the McGlincey Sidewalk Improvement roject; and
WHEREAS, property owners have been notified of the project and inform d of the Notice of
Improvement Obligation; and
WHEREAS, the final plans and specifications for this project have been com leted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby approves the plans and specifications for the McGlincey Sidewalk Improvem nt Project (01-23)
and authorizes the Public Works Director to execute a Contract Change Ord r with Robert A.
Bothman, Inc. for construction of the McGlincey Lane Sidewalk project.
