RESOLUTION NO. 9827
A RESOLUTION ENTERING INTO
A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
WITH THE CITY OF SAN JOSE'S OFFICE ON AGIN
FOR THE SENIOR COMPANION PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City of San Jose's Office on Aging has extended an 0 er to provide
their Senior Companion Program for the senior adult population of the City of ampbell and;
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell is now eligible for this program due 0 the recent
addition of case management services;
WHEREAS, there is no funding requirement from the City of Campbel to participate in
this service;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Campbell that said Council enters into a Memorandum of Understanding with t e City of San
Jose's Office on Aging for the Senior Companion Program, and that the Mayor f said City is
hereby authorized to make and enter into a written agreement with the City of S n Jose's Council
on Aging, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest her signat e and affix
thereto the appropriate seal of said City.
