RESOLUTION NO. 9826
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF
COMMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUND
FOR REPAIRS TO THE F AIRLANDS COURT SENIOR GROUP OME
WHEREAS, in 1992 the City of Campbell assisted Project Match, Inc. ith the purchase
of a house on Fairlands Court for affordable housing for five low income senior ; and
WHEREAS, Project Match is unable to cover all the current repair need of the Fairlands
Court home; and
WHEREAS, the City has unobligated carryover CDBG funds from last seal year that
need to be expended in a timely fashion.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the ity of Campbell
hereby authorizes the expenditure of$ll,693.27 in CDBG funds for repairs to t e Fairlands
Court home.
