RESOLUTION NO. 9821
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CA PBELL
ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED BY JJR CONST UCTION, INC.
FOR PROJECT 01-72 SIDEWALK MAINTENANCE; PROJECT 96-10 SID WALK INFILL
PROGRAM; AND PROJECT 96-09 ACCESSIBITY RAMPS AND DIR CTING THE
FILING OF THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted .Resolution 9704 on July 18, 000, authorizing
the Public Works Director to execute a contract for construction of improv ments known as
Project 01-72 Sidewalk Maintenance; Project 96-10 Sidewalk Infill Program nd Project 96-09
Accessibility Ramps; and
WHEREAS, the contract was executed by the Public Works irector and JJR
Construction, Inc. on August 4, 2000, and
WHEREAS, JJR Construction, Inc. has completed the aforementi ned contract In
accordance with the contract documents;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby accepts the improvements constructed on Project 98-72 Sidewalk Ma' ntenance; Project
96-10 Sidewalk Infill and Project 96-09 Accessibility Ramps and directs staff to file the Notice
of Completion.
