RESOLUTION NO. 9820
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF C MPBELL
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHO IZING
SOLICIT A TION OF BIDS - STREET MAINTENANC
PROJECT 98-02 PHASE III-A - ARTERIAL OVERLA
and
WHEREAS, various arterial streets have been identified as in need of rehabilitation;
WHEREAS, the City's Pavement Management Program includes th rehabilitation of
portions of Campbell Avenue, Hamilton Avenue, Bascom Avenue and Winc ester Boulevard;
and
WHEREAS, plans and specifications for the overlay of these ar erials have been
prepared;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Counci of the City of
Campbell hereby approves the plans and specifications for the Street Mainte ance Project 98-
02 Phase III-A-Arterial Overlay and authorizes the Public Works Director t issue such plans
and specifications for public bid.
