RESOLUTION NO. 9804
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF CAMPBELL AUTHORIZING THE
CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONSULTANT
SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH COTTON BRIDGES
ASSOCIATES FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE
HOUSING ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN
UPDATE.
WHEREAS; the City of Campbell is currently updating the City's Gen al Plan, and the
Housing Element has been identified as Phase II of the update; and
WHEREAS; the City of Campbell desires the services of a qualified cons ltant to prepare a
comprehensive update of the City's Housing Element; and
WHEREAS, Cotton Bridges Associates has proven to be qualified and has the required
expertise to prepare the Housing Element of the General Plan Update.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the ity of Campbell
hereby authorizes the City Manager to execute a Consultant Services Agree ent with Cotton
Bridges Associates for the Housing Element of the General Plan Update for an amount not to
exceed $31,260.
