RESOLUTION NO. 9802
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAM BELL
AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR TO EXEC TE
ALL MASTER AND PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT AGREEMENTS WITH AL TRANS
FOR LOCAL ASSISTANCE TRANSPORTATION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Federal Highway Administration (FHW A) makes funds vailable for City
projects and said funds are administered by Caltrans; and
WHEREAS, the funds are administered pursuant to Administering Agenc -State Agreement
for Federal Aid Projects, No. 04-5306 between the City and the State which was executed on
September 17, 1997; and
WHEREAS, a Program Supplement to the Master Agreement is required be approved for
every specific project that is to receive Federal funds; and
WHEREAS, the Master Agreement allows a local agency governing bo y to delegate the
authority to manage the Program Supplements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the ity of Campbell
hereby delegates authority to the Public Works Director to execute all Program S pplements to the
Administering Agency - State Agreement for Federal-Aid Projects from this day fi rward.
